Whenever the "lefter" candidate leads, my spirits lift. I can't quite be 100% cynical, I guess.

1. I can be pretty cynical.
The US will interfere in the politics of any leftist Central American nation. I suspect. "We" seem to prefer a corrupt right wing dictatorship to a democratically elected leftist one. More foreign entanglements.
