I choose D. America needs the laughs. I think Trump tops out at 46% in a general election. And these guys love saying ridiculous things, and love controversy! As for the Democratic nominee. I have to tip my cap to Sen. Sanders! He won 4 and could have won more with a touch better turnout. Clinton has to be so relieved he didn't win another, as the headlines would have been "6-5, Clinton narrowly wins this round of primaries".

Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, R-Ga., said he supports Trump's decision.

"Trump was right to skip CPAC," Gingrich tweeted. "The votes are in Kansas not Washington. Why give the anti-Trump activists a target?"

I used to think Trump was trying everything he could do to rattle the GOP without coming right out and saying, "I'm trolling the Republican Party", but I think he just enjoys upsetting them, and is a wild card "thinker" (loosely used) about issues. He just doesn't care, which is comical now (to see the GOP go cuckoo), but unsettling if he even sniffed 50% nationally.
