Twitter started off without a lot of internal structure, so people have been coming up with ways to organize the flow of communication.

Hashtags are one of those. You decide on an appropriate catchphrase or acronym to refer to a particular event or issue, put a pound sign in front to show it's a hashtag, and use it in posts on that subject. If it catches on and other people use it as well, it means you can find a running thread of posts on the subject just by searching on that hashtag.

In this case, http://search.twitter.com/search?q=%23fok will bring up all the posts using #FOK, with the most re-tweeted ones at the top, followed by the most recent. 28. Craig Ferguson Is The Best Of The Late Night Show Hosts......

He is genuinely funny and quick witted and does so without cue cards. Last month I went to a taping of his show and saw it from behind the scenes. His interview style is irreverent and his guests enjoy being on his show and actually are disappointed their time on isn't longer. He has his own style. He is really talented. His book American on Purpose is well written and poignant. He wrote and stars in these movies: Saving Grace, The Big Tease and I'll Be There.

I discovered Craig during the Leno/O'Brien controversy and now religiously watch him every night. Try him out - you'll get addicted to him like I did.

i believe craig when he says he watched and was a fan of Countdown and of Keith's. he kept the focus on Keith for a good 4+ mins.

but come on - the "upset a cockatou joke" - the CBS acronym jokes. heheheh. you have to be a regular viewer to get the charlie sheen and brett farvre jokes.. guess Craig's humor's not for everyone. :evilgrin: :rofl:
