11. There's probably a translation problem somewhere. Chinese media first reported

this and I'm almost 100% certain that Obama has no plans to talk about UFOs at the SOTU address. I'm guessing that someone somehwere must be misinterpreting talk of undocumented workers, illegal aliens, etc.
