1. Oh, I think that is disrespectful...
Granted, I've been attached like an umbilical cord to my blackberry in the past, but I do think this ought to be the one occasion they could turn them off.

4. Pretty sad, actually...
What I am getting out of this is that our representatives have read the speech, they've decided that they have absorbed everything they need to know, and that the President doesn't deserve their attention. They are, by their actions, saying that we're here because we have to be, but we're more interested in keeping ourselves entertained and entertaining our "followers".

I'm sorry, but I find it rather childish. :thumbsdown:
