It is easy enough to complain and play out the helpless little people, it is much more difficult and rewarding to bring about meaningful change by putting something on the line other than words and anger. If you don't like the state of affairs, run for office, or start up a business that has fair pricing, employee rights and customer satisfaction as it's one and only charter.
