California Redistricting - can we fix Issa's district so we can get rid of him?

California Redistricting - can we fix Issa's district so we can get rid of him?
You know the Republicans are going to screw us over in redistricting but don't we have enough control in California that we can break up Issa's district so he has to run in a stronger Democratic region.

Only reason I'm asking is because this guy is an asshole who will waste his time with congressional hearings over non-existant claims. And I don't see us taking back the house anytime soon. So let's just get rid of this guy via redistricting him.

2. I'd support changing his district as well
but I think that'll be decided by an independent redistricting commission established by Prop 20 a few years ago.
