Lessee if I understand you:
It's not good enough: I suppose "it" means "we" are not doing our "job" well. It being the corporate capitalists that control our government's leaders in DC, and informing them to tell us that they are dissatisfied . We being the great unwashed, and job being liberals voting for the "wrong" party and seeing through the BS, even though there is little difference between the parties, except for the fact that Democrats have a conscience, and feel bad about screwing us, where the sociopathic GOP certainly does not.
You are not working as hard as you need to: This actually means that some/many on the left are not easily succumbing to the corporate capitalists siren song, and have the unmitigated gall to consider standing up to and opposing it, and not properly embracing unrelenting and glorious capitalism, like the peon rightwingers/teabaggers always have. How dare us!!
By the way, you are on your own too: Stop thinking/worrying about the plight of your neighbor(s), and don't expect us (capitalists and government) to continue to fund your grandma and grandpa's socialist government programs for much longer. They will be slashed/reduced, then ultimately ceased, and much sooner than you think.
You need to work harder, longer for less: Less being not just for lower wages, but in more unsafe and unhealthy environments, and longer meaning "for the rest of your life" if you even can. There is no pot of retirement gold waiting for you at the end of your working rainbow anymore, 'cause no one will be able to "retire" unless it means being homeless/starving, imprisoned, or RIP.
You need to get education on things that we will outsource: No matter what skills, experience and education level that you acquire/achieve, they are all vulnerable to outsourcing/off-shoring, ect...But you need to do it anyway, so that we can continue to bleed you dry of money for as long as possible of that which will be owed with interest, for your student loans, or the costs of training/honing your skills.
We will not support you: The Democratic Party has much sorrow and sympathy for what is happening and which will happen to many more in the US, but there is too much damage already done by the prior administration, to ever hope for a recovery to the boom years of the 90s. The economy, medical care, insurance, and energy costs will only soar, grow higher and become worse, and are being just barely restrained. WE are completely owned.
The corporations need help: You will be forced to submit to, glorify, and acknowledge them ideologically, just like the rightwing/teabaggers have, like it or not. They will ultimately flush out anyone who would boldly dare to continue to refuse to do so.
Help them make money or else: Accept whatever changes we will make, continue to buy goods and services, do not attempt to save money for a "rainy" day under your mattresses, as it rightfully belongs to us. It won't matter anyway because actual currency will soon be phased out and will become worthless. Else means that everyone will suffer if some refuse to obey. Those who refuse to obey or bow in deference to us, will become persecuted by those who do. Those caught will be treated as treasonous domestic terrorists.
The economy is back: It actually isn't, and never will again, but you must act and behave like it is.
Wall Street is safe:You should purchase our stocks and pretend that you will be able to add to your investments for your supposed retirement on sales and/or dividends from it someday, even though you won't. Social Security will be ours to continue to pillage from, until we decide to end it. And make no mistake, we WILL end it.
We must cut costs: Costs, of course being all that once were of some benefit, whether major or minor, to the great unwashed. Defense spending is NOT a benefit to those who are not in the active military, and will not be cut, but will continue to be increased since it benefits US to do so.
We must stop spending money: That amount which is to your benefit or sake.
We need to spend money smarter: We need to continue to support the "global economy" and "free trade" even though it is killing the US economically. Therefore, the sacrifices that are necessary or may need to be made, will be borne completely upon the collective backs of the remainder of the US middle class and the poor.
How well did I do?
B-)
