Arizona is trying to side-step the U.S. Constitution and trying to pass a bill that says that 'some' people 'born' in the USA are not citizens.

and so the Neo-Confederates are on the warpath against the Civil War era amendments: it's true the Confederacy didn't effectively hold its "Arizona Territory" very long, but apparently some Confederarte sympathizers are still alive and well there
