I heard a commentator on CNN this morning |
|
describe the scenes coming out of Egypt as something she had never ever seen. Is she like 2 years old? These people need only go as far as West Virginia to see protesters being arrested by a police force almost every day. It will be interesting to see how they spin this as it evolves. Also no comparison to the riots in Iran a few years ago.

1. I heard the anchor call them 'violent' protests more than once |
|
then she went to a reporter on the scene who said the only violence came from the police, and that he himself had been attacked by police.

3. That should be referred to as violent suppression, not violent protests. |

First they have to consider the 'official story' before they evaluate what is right in front of their eyes.

5. CNN should stick to the celebrity gossip it's known for. |
|
It just looks idiotic trying to cover actual news any more.
