In 1982, when FDR turned 100, the Super Bowl was held earlier (it was actually the week before his birthday, which is 1/30).

Teddy's 100th birthday was in 1958, before there were super bowls :)

I don't know about what kinds of festivities took place at FDR's 100th--I know he got a stamp, but I'm not sure how else it was commemorated ...
