I get the thing about how you have to BE really smart to PLAY really stupid, but I don't think even a pro. like a SNL performer can mimic that kind of crazy, without spending MONTHS working at the nuances of full-blown, all-out Insanity...but I agree it was an excellent performance nonetheless=)

11. It was kinda lame in many ways but what I really noticed from the start

was the SNL person didn't have the bat shit crazy look in her eyes that Bachman has. Without that look it just made her sound like she was reading lines instead of the fevered belief that Bachman conveys when she reads or says insane crap.
