it seems they drop my feed every five or so minutes and then I have to press play again.

7. Sounds like your ISP

I have it on an old finicky Windows machine, and on a lightening fast powerful Linux, depending on which part of the house I am in , and it never "drops" and needs to be press play again.
It does freeze, but that is the AJ feed itself.

8. Had a little trouble connecting at first

started and stopped like it was the early days of video on line. But after about five minutes, it's smooth now.

I'm on Time Warner, if it makes any difference.
