I'm not homeless but there are a lot of things I could use that money for rather than going to a dumbass super bowl.

Especially a super bowl where the halftime entertainment is a tribute to Ronnie Raygun.

there are NO hotel rooms avail in most of the DFW area.

The tickets are significantly more valuable.

11. This story is just perverse.

For a much smaller amount of money, they could have provided this couple with free rent and groceries, but they chose to blow all that money on a trip that will make them comfortable for one day. I can't even begin to describe how insanely hedonistic this is.

There's plenty of time to be homeless but not many chances to go to the Super bowl.

I'd go and have a great time!

And then I'd appear on Good morning America and Live with Regis and Kelly and The View and I'd tell the world my story and someone would offer me a job right away and I'd take it.

And after that...I'd go to Disneyland! :)

If they'd rather go to the super bowl than sell the tickets, that's their choice. It's an opportunity to participate in something even the non-homeless have difficulty doing.
