6. Colmes knew what his job was and did it well
He was the Tepid Liberal Everyman whose job it was to be convinced by the obviously superior thinking of the staunchly patriotic apple pie fed Hannity by the end of every show.

I always wondered how he managed to look at himself in the mirror long enough to shave every morning.

5. Never watched it. I do like Alan's radio show however.
I listen almost daily, and I enjoy his show. He gets a lot of wing-nuts calling in. He keeps it moving quite fast, takes a lot of calls. It's a good show.
