All it indicates, due to privacy laws, is that you spoke with the doctor. No diagnosis, no fee, no office, nothing.

5. If the doctor spoke with someone, it is not "not necessarily true". You could get a doctor's note at

Starbucks (from an actual doctor, of course) and it is entirely valid.

the doctors diagnosis was "stress" which pretty much gives the teachers carte blanche to be "sick"
