I NEED HELP
Through out the past few weeks, we've watched as the world starting changing before our eyes. It started in Tunisia and spread thought the Middle East. We observed the protests in Egypt in real time and during that time, many threads were started about "Where's our Tahir Square", or "When do we take to the streets", but that's been about it. Well, here is your call to action!

I want to organize a series of protest under the name "Justice For All"

First one is May 1st in DC at the Justice Department.

Clarence Thomas needs to be brought to justice.

The Koch Brothers who are undermining democracy need to be brought to justice.

Bush, Cheney, Rumsfield, Yoo, et al need to be brought to justice.

Jamie Dimon, Loyd Blankfien, Richard Fuld and the rest of the Wall St banksters that drove the economy off the edge while stuffing their pockets need to be brought to justice.

I could go on and on, but you get the point. We are either a nation of laws or we aren't. Powers that be, You chose.

Second protest will be June 1st in NYC out side of Goldman Sachs. The first protest at DOJ will get their attention. The one outside their door will let them know that we're coming for them, one way or the other.

We need to have large scale protests every month. Our brothers and sisters in the ME have started a movement. The movement has spread here as our brave friends in Wisconsin, Ohio, Indiana, and elsewhere have taken to the streets.

We have their attention. It's time to ramp it up and get in their faces.

This is your moment. You can sit on the sidelines or you can make a stand.

If anyone is interested in helping, please PM me. I think the best way to get this really moving is with face book and other web based programs. If you have talents of any kind, be it web design, fund raising, etc, You're sorely needed. I type about 3 minutes a word, suck at writing, but have tons of ideas, so let's get going.

This thread http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=103x589962 is what has finally motivated me.

I think many of us realize there's not much time left.

We can either be a part of history or we can be history. It's up to us

5. We already know that there is one republican governor
that is working with them, how many others??
A Supreme Court Justice spends four days with them in California and says he only was passing through. Yet he claims on his disclosure statement that they paid for travel, food, hotel. He gave one speech. What was all talked about there??
The next thing you know the American public is told that money is the same as people. How much money have the Koch boys spread around this country?? How many states are doing the same thing in trying to break the public unions?? How soon after that will they go after the private unions?? How many Congress people answer to the Koch boys?? The Koch boys are just today the John Birch Society.
Speaking of the meetings in California, who else was there and what agenda was planned in closed door meetings??

Look around and follow the money trail. Look around and see the interwoven thread of the same people trying to shape this country into something that they want to and will control.

10. Justice has many forms
Have they committed crimes? I'm fairly certain they have. The problem is, the amount of money they have channeled in to our elected bodies have made things that were once crimes legal, at least for a few. Crimes against humanity, Countless.

6. Bobby, I agree
How do we organize this? Who knows what else will be revealed by Wikileaks and/or Anonymous in the next couple of months, or how many more governments will lose their grip on their populations? It could be quite a different landscape by May. Just sayin'

These could be very exciting times, even here in the Gulag Americana, in the next few months.

As an aside, here are some of the common definitions of conspiracy, including one specific to political conspiracy:

Definitions of conspiracy on the Web:
• a secret agreement between two or more people to perform an unlawful act
• a plot to carry out some harmful or illegal act (especially a political plot)
• a group of conspirators banded together to achieve some harmful or illegal purpose
wordnetweb.princeton.edu/perl/webwn

In a political sense, conspiracy refers to a group of persons united in the goal of usurping or overthrowing an established political power. Typically, the final goal is to gain power through a revolutionary coup d'état or through assassination.

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conspiracy_(political)

I would offer that Walker's conversation stepped across the threshhold of political conspiracy, in addition to his admitting conferring regularly with other Bagger govs that are doing the same things, all coordinated, all ready to roll out since they managed to hoodwink voters last November. He and Koch clearly have manufactured reasons to attempt to overthrow/eliminate the power of the unions of the public workers in Wisconsin, and it looks like this is a coordinated attack on organized labor nationwide.

What more evidence could one need? Dog, the Trolls are really scrambling after every little point today aren't they?

Just my dos centavos

8. You have left out poor people, without whom you will have NO "movement".
This is the constant theme of DU... list everything as priorities, except the people who are suffering the MOST.

You forget the cuts to low-income housing, to food stamps, to Head Start, to heating for people who are suffering in the cold.

WHY is this not important to you?

What will it take for you to even recognize our existence?

13. WE poor people are no longer willing to be there to just suppport YOU.
When you decide that the cuts against poor people are of concern enoughh to you to make it an issue and take action, let us know.

When poverty isn't even mentioned in your list of issues, don't expect "support" from poor people, and that also means you can kiss our votes goodbye.

That is the price of ignoring us.

Not that it seems to matter.
