GOP Has A WalkerLoo Problem
The latest poll, analyzed by Mark Blumenthal, shows the GOP's problem:

1. Here's how I think this proceeds (a prediction)
Walker doesn't budge. He has his RW props and the Koch brothers got way more than they paid for.

3 or 4 Republican state Senator relent and collective bargaining stays.

2. But what about all the other horrible things in his budget
As people get the chance to study it, there's an increasingly long list. Cutting aid to schools while forbidding communities from raising their school taxes. Gutting BadgerCare. Doing away with the state's department of commerce and handing its functions over to an appointed commission. Selling or leasing the power plants to (presumably) the Koch brothers.

A "compromise" that retains collective bargaining but lets all the other crap go through is far worse than no deal at all.

Everything changes hands.

6. By then, Walker will have sold (given away) so much, there won't be anything
left to change hands.

5. Exactly right, which makes me think Walker will cave on the labor
rights. Hell, the unions already have made pay and benefit concessions. When he "compromises", watch everyone feel victorious. I've said this in another post,"The budget repair bill is a huge basket of turds and saving labor rights would leave us with a huge basket of turds minus one".
