5. I get weak in the knees...even when sitting down already, when
I see the power the Earth has. It is terrible and frightening and too interesting not to marvel at it all at the same time.

I sure hope the people affected by this can survive and stay safe.

8. I watched the reporting of this and the newscaster said
that there were more than 100 people on board and no way to get to them. I assume the ship was lost.

9. Ship is 'missing' :( Whole villages (towns?) were washed away
Live we saw dozens of vehicles trying to outrun it and being overcome - it was truly horrible. Apparently there is a train 'missing too'. But thousands, if not tens of thousands must have died in that tsunami.

10. The footage of that wave coming in showed a sizable
ship also being washed a good way inland and into a town.
