Fitzwalkerstan - I no longer reside in the United States of America...
by Kodiak54
The DOA has now suspended the first amendment rights of all Wisconsinites Fitzwalkerstanians. How you ask?
Well, it is really quite simple,
if you are not on the ground floor of the Capitol Rotunda you cannot speak or hold a sign anywhere else in the Capitol. As a matter of fact, on Saturday two pre-teen boys were fined $205.50 for holding a banner over the rail on the first floor of the rotunda. It was not taped up, it was not causing any damage to the building...they were just holding it. Don't believe me, here is the video...

Mr. Huebsch the head of the DOA would do well by studying the history of the State Capitol. On the floor where the young men received a fine for exercising their first amendment rights are four diamonds; one at four equidistant points around the rail around the rotunda. Those diamonds mark the four spots on that floor where the acoustics are perfect and one can orate and be heard throughout the Capitol building. That was the intent of architects of the Wisconsin Fitzwalkerstan State Capitol. To make it the peoples house, where the people truly had a voice.
At some point over the last couple of months the State of Wisconsin has ceased to exist. At some point, we have withdrawn from the union and have become the Republic of Fitzwalkerstan, a place where the rule of law only applies if you are in power and only what you want to apply to. A place where the U.S. Constitution no longer applies.
