4. Yeah, the new corporate line, we're too big to sue, we're too big to fail, BUT
we're just your average citizen bottom feeder under Citizens United. And the US is, after all, just a subsidiary of ours, so listen up.

5. Here are some of the other corporations that back them in this absurd assertion:
From the linked article "More than 20 major US companies, including GE, Microsoft and Costco, have filed briefs backing Walmart, saying that they too could face crippling lawsuits if the case is allowed to proceed".

6.  I do not believe in
too big to fail or too big to sue since corporations are granted 'person' status in legal actions. Therefore, like any other person, they can be sued.
