Web comments for the The Tribune take a holiday |

There’s been a debate in the newspaper industry for quite some time about whether it makes sense to allow anonymous reader comments on our websites.
Most newspapers still allow them, but some newspaper editors and publishers cringe at the ugliness and vile name-calling that frequently accompany anonymity given to web readers.
A few newspapers have stopped allowing comments altogether. And beginning today, we’re taking that step — at least for the time being... http://www.greeleytribune.com/article/20110430/OPINION/704309974/1051&ParentProfile=1001---- Not liking this. -
