Obviously it's not going to be overnight.
I'm nearing the tail end of my suffering, and it's not been an easy road.
It takes time, withdrawing those feelings until you feel normal.
I'm beyond lucky that I found a really sweet girl whose has helped me.
before that I had my friends, and a couple ruined relationships ><;
BTW don't date for a while.
I guarantee you'll fuck up anything decent.

Finally find a counselor or shrink. Seriously it'll help.
