Damages
Someone in the group recommended this. I watched the entire first season within two days. I love Glenn Close. What a great role foe her. And Ted Danson, whom I've always considered a lightweight, is amazing. On to season 2 later today.

Damages: Season 1

This legal drama stars Glenn Close as steely litigator Patty Hewes, head of the revered Hewes & Associates. Dedicated to their work, Patty, protégée Ellen Parsons (Rose Byrne) and senior associate Tom Shayes (Tate Donovan) battle CEO Arthur Frobisher (Ted Danson) in a class-action suit. The pressure's on as millions of dollars, reputations and lives are at stake. Philip Bosco and Zeljko Ivanek also star in this Emmy-nominated series.
Genre: TV Courtroom Dramas, TV Crime Dramas, TV Dramas
This show is: Emotional, Dark, Exciting
Format: DVD, Blu-ray and streaming

1. Excellent show.
Although if there's a lightweight, it's the actress who plays Ellen. I never took her seriously. Definitely worth an online watch.

3. I agree about Ellen
But in season two they brought in Marcia Gay Hardin and William Hurt. That kinda made up for it. I'm on episode 10 right now. Gonna finish it tonight.

2. Like you, I tore through Seasons 1 and 2 when you could watch them on Hulu.
Disappointed that Seasons 3 and 4 are ONLY available for purchase (iTunes or Amazon.) Hoping they might show up on Netflix aomeday.

6. Saw episode one of the first season last night and couldn't stop thinking about it.
Great show - amazing characters, particularly Glenn Close.

Now I have to get my husband to watch it so we can continue to watch the rest together.

Thanks so much for the recommendation!
