A couple of things to check out= MiddleMan and Rod Sterling's Patterns
Rod..Twilight Zone Sterling ....... this show got CBS to give him his twilight Zone

Patterns...

A Rod Serling story about ruthless striving for power in the executive suite of a large corporation. The stars include Van Heflin, Everett Sloane, and Ed Begley.

It even applies today... he saw it back then.... and its about corporate crap and the assholes

Watch it for free

The next is the Middleman

A struggling artist is recruited by a secret agency to fight against evil forces. Based on the graphic novels by Javier Grillo-Marxuach and Les McClaine.

This is a 'genius show' and its funny..... I can't believe this was ABC family, but I found it on the net.

Its only 12 episodes, but pay attention to the first 4
The dialogue is 'gilmore girls' fast but
on LSD.
The concept is from a writer and producer plus a comix book graphic novelist.

1. Sorry forgot to put the link in IMDB
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0049601/

both of these are 8"s or better on reader review.

The Pattern ... has wonderful camera work. I don't think the director
was the genius behind it...because of his latter work though he won Emmys.

Sterling touched on some many issues in the piece, This is a very deep
story, I think it stands of TIME.

I'm glad we have this forum
I do check it out.....

Both films can be seen online
