Hi everyone, I hope we all contribute to this group. Share thoughts,
ask questions, make suggestions, post tried and true money and time-saving tips. We all have little shortcuts. Share them. If we need help, this is the place to ask for some guidance. To all who supported the idea, chime in. To those who didn't know, well, now you do.

3. I look forward to participating in this group.
Although I have been a rather rabid feminist all my life, since moving on to the boat the distinction between pink and blue jobs is pretty well drawn.

So I am the primary provisioner, cook and cleaning wench, which I love.

Thanks for getting this started.

:hi:

4. I was thinking of you today. My late husband was a sailor and
talked every now and then about living on a sailboat. It was a no-go for me. A shower in the head is not my idea of a fun time. Been there, done that.

Since he died, I have given a lot of thought to living on a boat. Rid of all the stuff that surrounds
me, getting back to life as it is. Well, I have a house to worry about, kids, now a kitty, whatever. I can't go there now but the thought of tying up to a slip, walking to the grocery store and not giving any thought to the lawn, heating bills, cleaning a whole house and all of life's extras is looking more appealing. He may have had something there. I wish I had listened.
