As a movie theater owner, I can honestly tell you that I welcome these bills.
Piracy is a bane on the entire entertainment industry; not just the fatcats in Hollywood but the little guys like me who struggle to keep their doors open. Every movie downloaded from the internet is a few bucks out of my pocket.
