4. China is still in a consolidation period
...of amazing growth. It is way too soon to refer to it as if it were in some kind of decline. This falls into the category of wishful thinking. Even if there were radical political changes the country will never allow itself to degenerate like Russia has. It will certainly not allow foreignors to take over or determine its course.

The danger from China is expansion of its influence and power, not decline. It is our country which is dangerous because of its relative decline.
