24. I don't agree that Haiti will NEVER be stable, but it's also an extreme
over-simplification to just assume that Bush has an evil hand in what's going on there. You're right - this is a very complex sitation and we do ourselves a disservice by making knee-jerk assumptions about it without fully understanding al of these complexities. Everything is not black and white in this world.
