We are having a blizzard with white-out conditions here tonight. In N.W. Oregon! This never happens here...but, it is tonight. My cat is hiding out in the basement. We are having hideous high wind gusts. The local NWS office reported that winds are gusting near 70 mph in the Columbia Gorge. The temp is @ 21 degrees, so wind chill is @ 4 or 5 degrees. Snow is piling up in drifts in wind shelterd spots. Poor ferals, indeed. :(
