since it was snowing..but this AM he said it was too cold to snow..The actual temp was -9 w/windchill -36. It has warmed up this afternoon to -2 w/windchill-19.
I cannot even imagine what that feels like I has been in the low 20's here and is supposed to go above freezing at some point to day.
