If I remember correctly, it was a main street (don't
remember meandering at ALL after getting off the
highway). Just your standard small dive (except for
that exceptionally unique singer and his band).

If I were to wager... I'd bet the farm on the last one.

The rhythm guitarist and I got stopped at a sobriety checkpoint
one night on that mad rush for last call at home. The officer
took one look at all our equipment in the back seat and just
waved us through.

If I were a prevaricator, I'd've padded that last comment by
saying he played a li'l Wayne & Garth air guitar first.
