The slabbing and MS-69/70 & PR-69/70 grades on bullion coins is a rip-off. They ain't supposed to leave the mint in less than perfect condition. On the secondary market they'll go for the same as the mint issued 'encapsulated' coins that are boxed with a COA.
The likelyhood of these ever getting premium value above melt is about zilch. Too many are issued.
The TPG's have really whored themselves with this shit.
