From a mail that is being passed around (Just a rumour?):

"here's another tidbit. i worked for the bank that several of
the "terrorist " held accounts in. during the investigation we found
that none of these men had the basic information that any american
opening an account would HAVE to provide in order to open that
account. such as

social security or alien id
telephone number
Valid non p o b address
mothers maiden name
Drivers license or State ID #'s

WE couldn't understand how they could have gotten these accounts when
even as employees they want all but a DNA sample before they'll even
give you the paperwork to complete."
