This is Washington D.C.'s second presidential contest this year. It held a non-binding primary January 13, won by Howard Dean. Al Sharpton placed second. The caucus begins at 10 a.m. ET and ends at 4 p.m. Sixteen delegates are at stake.

The Nevada caucuses start at 10 a.m. (12 p.m. ET), and close at 4 p.m. (6 p.m. ET). In Nevada, 24 delegates are at stake.
