5. Simple Answer: Take Back The Senate and No Problem
Delay was, is, and will run things in the House no matter if Bob Graham, Carol Moseley-Braun, Joe Lieberman, Wes Clark, Howard Dean, Al Sharpton, Dennis Kucinich, John Edwards, or John Kerry would have been or are elected President. We can cut into his control in the House, but unless we beat him in the election (in which case we'll get a slightly less evil CONservative), the Republicans have too big an advantage to overcome. So that's a moot point in my opinion.

We can take back the Senate. Take back the Senate and you don't have to worry about this question.
