What are your principles worth when your children are dead from being sent to war? When you're unemployed and can't afford food? When you're no longer free to practice the religion of your choice? When you're in prison for dissenting against the government?
Principles are selfish when they are more important than people.
Fuck principles, and fuck people who put principles before human lives.
