as Dean certainly learned. Bush has been quietly building a campaign infrastructure - hiring staff for local offices, etc.
I'm sure he can earn plenty more where that came from. And, no offense to Dean, but spending all of $50 million (as in Dean's case) is a little different than spending $40 million out of the $150 million Bush has raised, especially when looking at his future potential of raising more.
We better hope that this election doesn't come down primarily to money, or we're in serious trouble, regardless of the nominee.
