Maybe we'll see a Bush ad with Putin. He'll say "Vote for my good friend George Bush. Russia was fading into insignificance before George Bush came along. Jiang Zemin, Pervez Musharraf and I owe everything to George W. Bush. He is the best President of the United States Russia, China, and Pakistan ever had."
