36. In some ways
...advancement in race relations has created a market for this kind of material. Overt racism is less common these days, so people may laugh at something like this, not because its funny or they share those views, but because its so startling to see these kinds of remarks being made. The anti-PC people have been winning the argument as of late, and unfortunately some of them that means making tasteless, race jokes and writing them of as anti-PC.
