I think that you live your life by different rules than most people do. I think that you are a true team player (which, in my opinion, is a really good description of how we will thrive with the changes that are occurring now) rather than playing competitively. Most people think that if someone else has something, there's less for them; that it somehow hurts them. (They believe that the Universe rations good things.) My guess is that you believe in win/win rather than win/lose.

I think that all that you can do is try to be an example. Most people's eyes can be opened to this alternate way of looking at reality, but it takes time. Good luck! :)
