exposing his liabilities would look like bullying. His career of defending drunk drivers never was used by Kerry. There was also a scandal of sorts at the very end of the campaign where it appears his FBI employed brother was used to gather votes in Springfield where the brother had worked on the case against corrupt Democrats.

His last looney statement after losing showed he was not completely in touch with reality. I guess he didn't get that many of his votes were likely people wanting to kick Kerry - knowing Kerry would win easily or independents really aligned with the Republicans also wanting to attack Kerry and to get a weaker candidate. All I know is that in the relatively small sample of Democratic voters I called, I got absolutely no one who said anything positive about EOR. I know he had a fan club on Blue Mass, who scared me for a while, but they appear to be few and far between in the overall population.

Does this mean he wants to waste more money?
