Otherwise, our best bet might be just audio from NHL.com - http://www.nhl.com/ice/news.htm?id=555537 ( or XM or Sirius radio)

Whuile trying to find any TV, I found this cool article from 2004 with very nice pictures of JK as a prep school Hockey and Lacrosse player. http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/page2/story?page=merron/kerry/040726 (On the side there is a link to a story asking JK questions, which is nice - the interview in the current issue doesn't work.
