US looks weak or unable to act. Everyone else out there and the Libyan resistance is criticizing. What is future message? - what if there is a blood bath. Toxic Brew. Is there any analysis of impact of inaction.

Burns - we know what is at stake in Libya and he says Obama and SoS has acted energetically - says with British, French, Lenanese is acting energetically.

Rubio - says this means we won't do anything that Russia and China don't care about.
