From wisteria's comment, he was first - so no comment on Rumsfeld's call that it was a mistake to end torture.

As Wisteria said, he was very good. He has a very good defense for the seals killing OBL - his mentioning that OBL moght have had a way to blow up the building is a really goos reason - it would have killed the Seals, made it impossible to prove that OBL was there and all the intelligence would have been lost.
