of the Democratic party, with Sen. Kerry at the liberal end. Not thrilled with Max Baucus, but I admit that he represents a (blue-dog) constituency that probably had to be included. (Unfortunately). Don't know much about Patty Murray's approach to these things.
But glad that Kerry will have a voice.
