..Convention at Harvard in May. I found her very impressive as well. Most any of these candidates I'd be excited to support-hell I'd go for any of 'em over Senator Centerfold! Haha :) But seriously we have a pretty impressive group of potential nominees here. I think Warren is the front runner though it's still pretty early out.
I don't get the progressives who claim JK isn't progressive enough. While his record may not be perfect (whose is?), It's one of the most consistently progressive records in the Senate. I think that because he is not an ideological purist or generally into the sharper, all or nothing kind of rhetoric, they take him as "not progressive enough". It's in many ways similar to some progressives' harsher criticisms of the President-his demeanor and approach is similar to JK's in some ways though they are of course different men, different leaders. But the "calm, cerebral, reasoned" approach they tend to share doesn't quite reasonate with a lot of that crowd, it seems..
Let's just hope they bring their butts out to vote on Election day! Turnout is what will, again, make or nbreak 2012, all the way up and down the ballot!
