2. Kerry did the introduction - Brown was on the committee and was an ass

Brown's comments start at 74 minutes in. (He looks like he pulled an allnighter the night before.) Balancing that, Kerry's introduction was wonderful and was at 20 minutes in. http://www.senate.gov/fplayers/I2009/urlPlayer.cfm?fn=govtaff030811p&st=1095&dur=5780
