32. The development on the ROKR was kneecapped by Apple...
They insisted on the 100 song limit for the ROKR and any future phones with iTunes for Motorola. (Motorola has since stopped putting iTunes on their phones)
The following blog piece implies that it's possible Apple intentionally did this to try to hurt the mp3/phone market in
anticipation of the release of their iPhone.

Interesting theory. And it's something I wouldn't put past Apple (or any other major company in Apple's position).
