And, while this legislation may pass, it is utterly and totally pathetic that ALL this legislation is doig is making families face their ruin, a faster and smoother bueracratic process.

A Medical Bankruptcy Fairness Act would be BAILOUTS to every American who lost their home or livelihood due to the expense of our criminal profiteering corporate leech insurance companies (and big pharm, etc). ALL OF THE BAILOUT MONEY should have gone to bailing out the American people instead of feeding the very system that created this total fucking mess in the first place.
